MOVING FLOOR CONVEYOR

The operating principle of EMMEBI Impianti moving floor conveyors is based on the combined effect of internal cohesion of carried material and the friction exerted by the material on the moving floor.

The moving floor consists of several profiles assembled side by side into 3 groups which are individually driven by a hydraulic cylinder independent from the other two.

The simultaneous progress of all profiles moves the material towards the outlet. The three groups return to their original position one after the other, but the material is not moved due to the different friction exerted.
